1. General Provisions
1.1. These Rules of the promotion govern the procedure for conducting and the terms of participation in the promotion “Free Consultation with a Veterinary Dentist” (hereinafter referred to as the “Rules”).
1.2. The organizer of the promotion “Free Consultation with a Veterinary Dentist” (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion”) is Razoom Veterinary Clinic (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer” and/or “Razoom Veterinary Clinic”).
1.3. The Promotion is not a gambling game or a lottery and may not be used in any form of gambling.
2. Promotion Period and Territory
2.1. The Promotion is conducted from 15 January 2026 through 15 February 2026, inclusive.
2.2. The Promotion is conducted on the premises of Razoom Veterinary Clinic at the following address: 14 Andriia Verkhoghlada Street, Kyiv, 01103.
2.3. In the event of any changes to the period or terms of the Promotion, the Organizer shall announce such changes on the website: https://razoom.vet.
3. General Terms of Conducting and Participating in the Promotion
3.1. Participation in the Promotion is available only by prior appointment for a veterinary dental consultation. The number of appointment slots is limited.
3.2. To become a Participant of the Promotion, a person must:
- schedule a veterinary dental consultation in advance;
- visit Razoom Veterinary Clinic at the time agreed upon during the appointment booking.
3.3. The promotional terms apply only to the veterinary dental consultation. Only the appointment/consultation itself is free of charge.
3.4. The Promotion does not apply to additional services (diagnostics, tests, X-ray, sedation, cleaning, extraction, medications, etc.). Any additional services are payable according to the standard price list.
4. Limitations
4.1. The Organizer shall not be liable for failure to perform its obligations in circumstances of force majeure, such as natural disasters, fire, flood, military actions of any kind, blockades, significant changes in legislation applicable within the territory where the Promotion is conducted, or other circumstances beyond the Organizer’s control, if such circumstances prevent the performance of such obligations.
4.2. In the event of any situation allowing ambiguous interpretation of the Rules, any disputes and/or issues not regulated by these Rules shall be resolved by the Organizer in accordance with the requirements of the applicable laws of Ukraine.
4.3. The Organizer shall not be liable for:
- the accuracy of information provided by Promotion Participants, including their personal data;
- technical issues related to data transmission via communication channels used during the Promotion, including the operation of Internet service providers, as a result of which any messages regarding the Promotion were not delivered to Participants and/or were delivered with delay;
- failure of Participants to receive the reward/benefit for reasons beyond the Organizer’s control.
4.4. The Organizer reserves the right to:
- terminate participation in the Promotion for any Participant with respect to whom there are reasonable suspicions of fraudulent actions and/or other violations of these Rules and the Promotion terms;
- change the terms and period of the Promotion and the procedure for providing the reward/benefit;
- terminate, suspend, or cancel the Promotion if, for any reason, any aspect of the Promotion cannot be implemented as planned, including for reasons caused by: malfunction of the Promotion website (application) due to malicious software, failures in communication networks, unauthorized interference with the operation of the Promotion website (application), technical failures of the Promotion website (application), or any other reason beyond the Organizer’s control that affects the implementation, security, reliability of determining results, and/or proper conduct of the Promotion.
5. Procedure and Method of Informing About the Rules and Terms of the Promotion
5.1. Information about the Rules and terms of the Promotion shall be provided by announcing the Promotion and publishing the Promotion Rules on the website https://razoom.vet and on Instagram.
6. Other Provisions
6.1. By participating in the Promotion, all Participants confirm their consent to receive information and promotional materials about the Organizer’s products, promotions, and events related to the Organizer’s activities.
6.2. Pursuant to Article 634 of the Civil Code of Ukraine regarding adhesion contracts (i.e., contracts that may be concluded only by one party adhering to the terms proposed by the other party), by participating in the Promotion all Participants agree to these Rules and undertake to comply with them.
6.3. By participating in the Promotion, each Participant thereby confirms that they have read these Promotion Rules and agree with their terms, and also:
- agrees to and grants permission for the collection and processing of personal data;
- is informed that personal data will be included in the Organizer’s customer personal data database;
- is informed about the procedure for the use of personal data, which includes the Organizer’s actions related to processing such data, including the use of personal data by the Organizer’s employees in accordance with their professional, official, or employment duties, actions for protecting such data, as well as actions granting full rights to process personal data to other entities involved in relations connected with personal data;
- is informed about the procedure for dissemination of personal data to any persons, which includes the Organizer’s actions related to transferring information about an individual from the personal data database;
- is informed about the procedure for access to personal data of other persons, which determines the Organizer’s actions in the event of receiving a request from another person for access to personal data, including the procedure for the personal data subject to access information about themselves;
- agrees with the regime for using the information specified in these Rules;
- acknowledges that the consent (permission) granted for the collection and processing of personal data does not require the Organizer to provide written notices regarding the transfer of personal data to other persons;
- confirms that the Participant shall have no claims against the Organizer in the event the Organizer performs any action or an event occurs as specified in these Rules;
- grants consent for the Organizer (and/or its authorized persons) to inform the Participant about the Promotion;
- confirms that they have been informed in writing about all rights defined by the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”;
- gives consent for the free-of-charge use by the Organizer of the information provided about the Participant for marketing and/or any other purpose by methods that do not contradict the applicable laws of Ukraine (including transfer to third parties), in particular, for the free use of the Participant’s first name, last name, image, image of the Participant’s pet, interviews or other materials about the Participant for advertising/marketing purposes, including the right to publish (including the Participant’s name) in the media, any printed, audio and video materials, media interviews, as well as for sending information and messages (including promotional messages) within the territory of Ukraine. Such use shall not be subject to compensation by the Organizer and/or any third party. Granting such consent shall be interpreted within the meaning of Articles 296, 307, 308 of the Civil Code of Ukraine and Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On Advertising”.
