PRIVACY POLICY
1. Terminology:
1.1 Controller - Razoom veterinary clinic (hereinafter referred to as Razoom).
1.2 Personal data - information about an individual, device IP address, location data, Internet identifier.
1.3 Website - a website on the domain razoom.vet.
1.4 Policy - this Privacy Policy, which contains information about the processing of Personal Data within the Website.
1.5 User means an individual who visits the Website and uses the services or functions described in the Policy.
1.6 Device - means a device used by the User to access the Website.
1.7 GDPR Regulation means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
2. Processing of Personal Data through the contact feedback form
2.1 The Website provides the User with the opportunity to contact Razoom through the contact feedback form.
2.2 Using the contact feedback form requires the User to provide Personal Data necessary to contact the User and respond to the request.
2.3 The User's personal data is processed:
- for the purpose of identifying and processing the request sent through the available feedback form;
- for analytical and statistical purposes.
2.4 In connection with the use of the Website, Razoom collects data necessary to provide the User with the services offered, as well as information about the User's activity on the Website. In this regard, Razoom is the controller of the User's Personal Data. Razoom ensures that its data processing processes comply with legal requirements, in particular, the GDPR.
2.5 Razoom processes the Personal Data provided by the User in accordance with the requirements of applicable law.
2.6 Providing Personal Data is not mandatory.
2.7 In some cases, the provision of Personal Data is necessary for the proper performance of the services we offer.
3. Transfer of Personal Data
3.1 Razoom may transfer the Personal Data provided by the User to entities involved in cooperation in the provision of the offered services, including entities providing marketing services, IT, legal and logistics services.
3.2 Razoom also has the right to disclose information about the User to competent authorities or third parties who will be requested to receive such information on the basis of an appropriate legal basis and in accordance with applicable law.
4. Terms of processing of Personal Data
4.1 The period of processing of Personal Data by Razoom depends on the type of service provided and the purpose of processing. As a rule, the data is processed throughout the entire period of service provision, until the withdrawal of the consent or the filing of an objection to the processing of data in cases provided for by applicable law.
4.2 The processing periods for Personal Data may be extended due to the need to establish and assert possible claims or defend against claims, if and to the extent required by law. After the end of the processing period, the data is anonymized or deleted without the possibility of recovery.
5. Contacting the Personal Data Controller
5.1 In case of any questions related to the processing of Personal Data, the User has the right to contact the Personal Data Controller using the e-mail address specified in the “Contacts” section of the Website.
5.2 Razoom will try to respond to the request as soon as possible. The User will receive a response within 30 days from the date of receipt of the request. If it turns out that due to the complexity of the request or the number of requests received, Razoom cannot provide the User with information about the actions taken within this period, Razoom will notify the User of the extension of the term.
6. Amendments to the Policy
6.1 The Policy is regularly reviewed and updated as necessary. This version of the Policy was adopted and is valid from 01.06.2024.
